SC_IDOC Statistics_WE07
Objective
Use this procedure to view IDocs that are grouped together for statistical purposes according to their processing status.
Only those IDocs which have undergone a status change within a defined period are selected.

Trigger
Perform this procedure when you want to look at the IDOCs status after their status change.
Prerequisites
Use of IDOC interface for business data exchange.

Menu Path
Use the following menu path(s) to begin this transaction:
·        Select Tools ® Business Communications ® IDoc Basis ® Administration ® IDoc Search ® IDoc Statistics.

WE07

Helpful Hints
To find help on any field throughout SAP, place the cursor on the field of interest. Press the “F1” key to instantly display a
help screen to explain the field and its relevance to other applications.

Procedure
1.        Start the transaction using the menu path or transaction code.
2.        Click   we07 idoc statistics
3.        As required, complete/review the following fields


Field Name           R/O/C          Description
Changed On         R                 Enter  the time interval for the status            
                                            changeExample: 08/08/2004  to 08/12/2004


Error History: If this indicator is set, the IDocs with an error status along
with the time of status change are listed. The status records are also
evaluated.


4.        Click   .to query all IDOCs that contained errors.
5.        Click on Outbound IDOCs  
By double-clicking on individual groups you can see more details: When you double-click on a status group, for example,
the list of relevant IDocs is displayed and when you double-click on an individual IDoc, a tree structure of the IDoc is
displayed.

6.        Double-click   to view a list of IDOCs with status in error.
7.        Double-click the IDOC Number  .to view the header and segment details of the selected IDOC
8.        Click   to go back to the previous screen.
9.        Double-click  .to view the status details by drilling down. You will see the description of the error.
10.        Click   .until you go back to step 4. Click on inbound IDocs,
Inbound IDOCs statistics is similar to the Outbound. The following is an example of the Inbound IDOCs in error.
11.        Click the IDoc Number 0000000000013725 to view its header and segment details.
Review data records and/or status records by clicking on data and/or status records folders.
12.        Click   .to go back to the previous screen.
13.        You have completed this transaction.
